Most of our Northern Virginia calls are the ones you'd expect: a fridge that won't cool, a dishwasher that won't drain, a dryer that runs cold, an oven that burns one side of the tray. Each has a handful of likely causes, and we test before we replace anything.
Built-in and premium appliances
Northern Virginia has a lot of built-in and pro-style equipment, especially in McLean, Great Falls and Vienna. We work on Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Bosch and Viking, among others. Send us the model number and we'll tell you up front if it's a repair we take on.
What happens during a service visit?
Call or fill in the form with the appliance and the problem, and we'll give you a time on the route. The technician finds the fault, tells you what it is and what the repair costs, and you decide. If you go ahead, the $75 diagnostic fee goes toward the repair.
