Finally,... an experienced and honest repairman! Hired this company to fix my parents washing machine. Tech ordered and replaced a sensor in the machine but it was still reading the same error message. He then refused any additional payment and suggested we put the money into purchasing a new machine instead of continuing to pay to replace different parts. Thank you Max! The service was outstanding! It started with above and beyond customer service in that the technician worked closely with me and LG to get the replacement part I needed. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get it done, but he was patient and didn’t give up on me and then when he actually came and did the job it was flawless. Our dryer suddenly stopped working. After seeing some good reviews, we decided to try Alliance Appliance Service. Max showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issues. He returned the next day with the parts and as he said he would. Max was professional and on point on what needed to be done.
Update: the dryer stopped working a week after. We contacted Alliance Appliance Services and Max came back and informed us that the parts he replaced were not good. After he obtained new parts, he returned and replaced them with no charge. We are relieved that the parts were under the warranty and appreciated the good service from Max.

Called up Alliance to repair our five year old GE Profile dual-fuel range after the display and touch panel stopped working. Mo was very responsive and fixed my gas stove within two days of my call. I’ve never experienced service this quickly before and I’ll highly recommend him. I’ve already asked him to come out again to replace the rubber seal in my front loader washer. He works fast, gets the job done, and is very nice to work with.

I decided to give this place a try as they appreared to be the most highly rated in my area. There were so many glowing reviews, to be honest I was a bit suspicious…seemed too good to be true. I am glad I took the chance. Max was, indeed, extremely professional, respectful, personable, reliable…and knowledgeable! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my oven and had it back up and running quickly (even got us a great deal on the replacement part). After calling several companies about repairing our dryer, we chose to hire Alliance. I appreciated that Max was honest and upfront over the phone about what the problem likely was and what the estimated cost to fix it would be. Additionally, he was able to schedule me an appointment within 24 hours of my call. As he worked to diagnose and repair the problem, he happily explained what he was doing and answered my questions. Through the entire process, Max was very friendly and knowledgable. What stood out to me the most was Max's customer service. As he was getting into his car to leave, I stopped him with one more question. He came back into my home and stayed another 15 minutes to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. Max is fair & honest. He was able to get out toy rental in a day. After replacing a circuit board, he went back at no charge to diagnose a noise coming from the compressor. Recommended making it a garage fridge rather than putting more money into it.

Alliance Appliance Services is hands down the most “can do” company I have encountered. I had a gas leak in my home, with the source being the burners on my gas stove. For the safety of myself and my family, Washington Gas turned off the gas supply until my stove could be repaired. I called no less than ELEVEN service professionals to address the problem. Max was the only one to spend significant time on the phone with me, ask targeted and thoughtful questions and diagnose the problem. He ordered the required parts as soon as he got the specs and came out within hours of receiving the new parts. I spoke with several technicians from other companies who took the easy route, saying my problem could not be fixed. They were wrong and clearly out to make quick money. Max took no shortcuts, spent several hours carefully fixing the problem. He also fixed another appliance in the process that several other technicians told me could not be fixed…. I could not be more pleased with his service-oriented, thoughtful and experienced approach. He saved me from buying a new gas range and a new built-in combination microwave w/ convection wall oven. The way I see it, he has saved me thousands. Washington Gas will be coming back out to do a final check and I will update then, but suffice it to say now that this company has the expertise and customer service orientation that so many others lack - look no further!! [UPDATE: Washington Gas just gave us the green light! Thank you for your exceptional service, Max and Alliance Appliance Services! Wish I could give you 10 stars!]

Max replaced a defective defrost timer in my refrigerator. The defected timer had resulted in excessive frost build up on the evaporator coil in the freezer compartment. The frost build up caused a warm refrigerator.
Max arrived on time the same day I called and completed the job within an hour. Max was polite and respectful during the entire process.

Our refrigerator was making a terrible noise and the food was either frozen or not very cold. Alliance Appliance Service offered us same day service call and repair. The technician, Max, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The cost was responsible. I will call Alliance Appliance next time one of our appliances needs repair.

I've had Max Faidi from Alliance appliances come three times. He did excellent work all three times. First two were to work on a finicky oven, and the third to reassemble a burner assembly that I had taken apart but could not put back together 🙂 . Very professional, always on time, knowledgeable. The third time, he was able to come on pretty short notice to fix up what I had broken -- very grateful for that!

I called for an issue with my freezer and within an hour I had Max at my door. He diagnosed the issue promptly and explained what was going on and the solution, all within 20 minutes. He was also able to come back the next day with the part to replace my faulty part and finished the job within 30 minutes and at a fair price. Max was not only knowledgeable and professional, he was kind and courteous as well. I will definitely call again for future repairs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Max is phenomenal! Our washer is a European-manufacturered brand. The supply chain challenges caused by the global pandemic and the Ukraine war delayed access to a key part needed for the washer repair. Max was polite, patient, and proficient. He persisted with the manufacturer until the part arrirved. I was impressed with Max's reliability (an attribute hard to find in the appliance industry). His price was reasonable to boot! The experience was a breath of fresh and he was a God-send and I would highly recommend him and use him again on my other properties. If I could give Max 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Thank you Max!

We called Max after spilling hot oil deep down into the stove while deep frying. He was able to fit us in that day, and let me know via text when he was on the way. The stove is 15yrs old, but he was able to quickly open and service it. Fabulous experience, great pricing. Would absolutely call him again for any appliance issue!
