Max answered my call and showed up at my house about a hour later.  He was very friendly and professional AND very skilled.  He repaired my refrigerator and my microwave/convection oven. Max responds immediately. Our fridge was not cold enough - Max diagnosed low coolant and recharged the system in 20 minutes.  Over the years he's serviced our dishwasher, oven,  dryer, and refrigerator - I would not call anyone else.  Honest, no BS diagnosis every time. Max Faidi’s customer service is unmatched! He has excellent communication, is incredibly helpful, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. Having recently moved to the area, I wasn’t sure who to call or who I could trust, but Alliance Appliance Services very quickly proved to be the right choice. My microwave had been working most of the time before it was serviced and after service it was completely dead with a blown fuse that was supposed to be replaced but no one ever came back.  I ordered a new unit and will not be using this company again to service my appliances.  I do not feel there was transparency around what happened with my appliance and I feel that I essentially paid $75 to end up with a more broken appliance that I ultimately had to replace.

Update: I was contacted by the owner of the business who took full responsibility and acted to make things right.  This made all the difference and I have revised my rating to reflect that I would not hesitate to call them in the future.
