I absolutely trust and recommend Max and Alliance for all of my appliance repair needs. He is always prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and will not charge for things that are not needed. He is definitely my go-to guy for appliances! ***************************** We had first had a plumbing company come out to see what the source of a water leak was, and their immediate response was that we should buy a new dishwasher because they were going to charge as much for installing a new one as they would for replacing a hose. This left a very bad impression obviously. I then read through reviews and decided to try Alliance Appliance, and I’m really glad that I did. They located the hose in their stock and set an appointment for the soonest they could fit us in. Max Fadi arrived on time, and was very nice and professional, and he did a fantastic job with the repair. This was made more difficult because of some remodeling that had been done, but he never complained and worked around the issue. After he was done and demonstrated that everything was in good order, he charged a price that was less than the plumber from the other company charged as a service charge to just look and see that the hose was damaged and would need to be replaced. No attempt at upselling or gouging from Max and Alliance, just honest and efficient service with a smile.
