When my refirgerator and freezer stopped working, Alliance came out within 2 hours of my call. Max diagnosed the problen within minutes. He had the part on his truck and finished the job in about 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. I'll be keeping their number and they will be my first call next time I need an appliance repair....... Well, the next time came last week. Our Viking Range had several problems. First the burners, were not lighting in spite of the fact the igniters were sparking, and second, the side by side ovens were taking an extremely long time to reach the desired temperature. When they did reach the temperature they did not cook evenly. One side would burn while the other did not cook through. Aganin Max diagnosed the problem quickly. While he did not have the parts, he ordered them from Viking and had the within days. He was out the next day and installed the new parts very quickly. Now the cook top and ovens work like brand new. Max saved us about $24,000, the cost of a new Viking Range. Max is the best. I will never call anyone else.
