Called up Alliance to repair our five year old GE Profile dual-fuel range after the display and touch panel stopped working. Max quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part ordered and as soon as the part arrived it was installed. Range is working like new again! Amazingly quick and friendly service at a great price. Alliance Appliance Services is hands down the most “can do” company I have encountered. I had a gas leak in my home, with the source being the burners on my gas stove. For the safety of myself and my family, Washington Gas turned off the gas supply until my stove could be repaired. I called no less than ELEVEN service professionals to address the problem. Max was the only one to spend significant time on the phone with me, ask targeted and thoughtful questions and diagnose the problem. He ordered the required parts as soon as he got the specs and came out within hours of receiving the new parts. I spoke with several technicians from other companies who took the easy route, saying my problem could not be fixed. They were wrong and clearly out to make quick money. Max took no shortcuts, spent several hours carefully fixing the problem. He also fixed another appliance in the process that several other technicians told me could not be fixed…. I could not be more pleased with his service-oriented, thoughtful and experienced approach. He saved me from buying a new gas range and a new built-in combination microwave w/ convection wall oven. The way I see it, he has saved me thousands. Washington Gas will be coming back out to do a final check and I will update then, but suffice it to say now that this company has the expertise and customer service orientation that so many others lack - look no further!! Max replaced a defective defrost timer in my refrigerator. The defected timer had resulted in excessive frost build up on the evaporator coil in the freezer compartment. The frost build up caused a warm refrigerator.

I've had Max Faidi from Alliance appliances come three times. He did excellent work all three times. First two were to work on a finicky oven, and the third to reassemble a burner assembly that I had taken apart but could not put back together 🙂 . Very professional, always on time, knowledgeable. The third time, he was able to come on pretty short notice to fix up what I had broken -- very grateful for that!

Max is phenomenal! Our washer is a European-manufacturered brand. The supply chain challenges caused by the global pandemic and the Ukraine war delayed access to a key part needed for the washer repair. Max was polite, patient, and proficient. He persisted with the manufacturer until the part arrirved. I was impressed with Max's reliability (an attribute hard to find in the appliance industry). His price was reasonable to boot! We called Max after spilling hot oil deep down into the stove while deep frying. He was able to fit us in that day, and let me know via text when he was on the way. The stove is 15yrs old, but he was able to quickly open and service it. Fabulous experience, great pricing. Would absolutely call him again for any appliance issue!
