An adult or authorized representative should be available to provide access to the appliance and approve any recommended work.

The appliance type, brand, model number if available, a description of the problem and the service address are the most helpful details.

Diagnosis, Pricing & Warranty
How much is a diagnostic visit?
Our $75 diagnostic fee covers the technician coming out to check the issue, and it is applied toward the repair if you go ahead.
Will I know the repair cost before work begins?
After diagnosing the appliance, the technician explains the recommended repair and applicable charges before approved work proceeds.
Are repairs covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
Is it better to repair or replace my appliance?
That depends on the appliance’s age, condition, repair cost, availability of parts and replacement cost. A diagnosis helps you compare the repair option with replacement.
Refrigerators & Freezers
Why is my refrigerator not cooling?
Possible causes include airflow problems, dirty condenser components, failed fans, thermostat or sensor issues, defrost-system failures, control problems or sealed-system issues. See refrigerator repair.
Why is my freezer cold but my refrigerator warm?

Can you repair an ice maker that stopped making ice?

Why won’t my washer drain?

Why is my dryer not heating?

Why does my dryer take too long to dry clothes?

Why is my oven not heating correctly?
